Just when we thought it was safe to go back into the kitchen and clear away the chaotic mess of the last attempt we made on making slime, a new contender has appeared...
You may remember our review of Karina Garcia's "DIY Slime" - It seems Karina is not alone in committing her magic and secret recipes for slime to paper for your delectation.
Here is Alyssa Jagan's "Ultimate Slime" which goes totally borax free (we're still dismal failures when it comes to sourcing the ingredients for these things but we do know where we can get hold of white glue, which is commonly used in place of Borax as the 'starter' for a lot of the recipes here).
Alyssa's energetic and creative imagination unfolds across the pages of this book, making crumbly slime, sticky slime, speckly crunchy or sparkly slime - and making it all look very easy and instagrammable (which is where Alyssa's fame knows no bounds).
C is still completely nutso about Slime so was keen to try out some of the recipes in this book.
Once again though we never really managed to make the sort of amazing stuff you'll find in here, but the recipes are laid out clearly so you should have more success than us.
"Ultimate Slime" by Alyssa Jagan is out now, published by Quarry Books (Kindly supplied for review).
