Kids Write Jokes
There's something undeniably funny about the sort of jokes kids make up themselves.Twitter followers of the awesome @kidswritejokes profile will probably already know what happens when you collect together a bunch of kids and ask them to come up with something funny (with or without the aid of sugar-laden fizzy drinks).
The results have been collected together in the perfect christmas gift for joke lovers who look beyond the usual "Why Was the Window Unhappy? Because it had a pane!" stuff, and right into some seriously surreal and scatological territory.
I think we took great amusement from the fact that all of the kids contributing to "Kids Write Jokes" probably crack themselves up as much as they crack us up, so without further ado, let's dig in and have a look at the sort of funnies kids come up with...
The frog joke is a modern classic. Sublime, surreal, slightly disturbing! |
Danged right we'd hide! |
An eight legged clown is the stuff of my nightmares |
Absolutely bonkers just like a monkey eating keys!
"Kids Write Jokes" is out now, published by Blink Publishing (kindly supplied for review).
