Bunny vs Monkey Book 4 by Jamie Smart (David Fickling Books / The Phoenix Comic)

When the dust settles after our earth is burnt to a crisp, many aeons into the future (or - at the rate climate change is going, sometime after a week on Tuesday) I wonder if this crazy pair will still be battling on...
We've now reached Book 4 of "Bunny vs Monkey" by Jamie Smart, and we're still flabbergasted by the myriad inventive ways that Jamie finds, to set the woodland creatures against each other.

Once again this is a completely chaotic mix of grand schemes, slightly iffy science, tea parties, custard cannons (let's face it, no book worth its salt should be without custard cannons), and of course Bunny, Monkey, Weenie, Pig, Ai, Skunky and Metal Steve (who is now Metal Eve of course!)

Regularly cropping up in the fabulous Phoenix Comic (and if you haven't read that, or taken out a subscription - WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE?) it's still as consistently hilarious as ever it was.

Fab stuff, we just can't get enough of Jamie's crazy strips (which reminds us, when are we going to get a Looshkin collection eh? EH???)
