Four absolutely brilliant new books to usher in Autumn from Little Tiger Press

Little Tiger Press have been really spoiling us this month with a huge selection of gorgeous new books for little ones...
Let's take a look at four new releases from this innovative publisher specialising in books for the 3-5 age group (though they also publish a huge selection of books for all ages through imprints Caterpillar and 360 Degrees).

Starting with "Where Happiness Lives" by Barry Timms and Greg Abbott, here's a tale that visits the perfect mouse house.

Actually three mouse houses, as we take a journey with the most adorable mouse characters and see what each of their homes has to offer.

A huge part of the book's appeal (aside from the gentle writing and glorious illustrations) are all the amazing little 'lift the flap' bits that kids will really love, piquing their curiosity as they uncover the secrets of each mouse home.

This is a plush mouse house indeed!
We definitely fell in love with the very luxurious residence above - but the story aims to show that home is where you make it, and any home can be comfortable and wonderful to live in.

"Where Happiness Lives" by Barry Timms and Greg Abbott is out now, published by Little Tiger Press.

Next, a thought-provoking and very restful book for those quiet moments when kids just want to chill out, ease off the throttle and get away from the stresses and strains that affect them at an ever-increasingly early age.

Child mindfulness is very much a hot topic at the moment, so here's "Happy: A Children's Book of Mindfulness" by Nicola Edwards and Katie Hickey taps into this method of reducing children's anxieties, encouraging them to meditate and relax.

"Happy" gently encourages young readers to explore their emotions and the beautiful world around them, with stunning illustrations and thought-provoking rhymes on every page.

It's a beautifully written and poetic journey to a place of happiness and calm, and is sure to inspire and empower your child to enjoy the practice of mindfulness.

"Happy: A Child's Book of Mindfulness" by Nicola Edwards and Katie Hickey is out now, published by Caterpillar Books.

Celebrating the journey of life and the way we change as we get older, "As We Grow" is a blissed-out and fun way of revisiting life's journey from being a tiny little tot, right through to being an adult and perhaps even having kids (or kittens) of your own!

"As We Grow" by Libby Walden and Richard Jones uses some fab cut-outs to help bring the journey to life.

In this stunning picture book, lyrical text and enchanting illustrations beautifully depict each stage of our lives and the journey of transformation that we experience as we grow up.

It's a perfect way of showing kids what they can expect as they move through school - and start to embrace all the joys and challenges that life throws at them.

"As We Grow" by Libby Walden and Richard Jones is out now, published by Caterpillar Books.

Last but not least, a fabulously colourful and brilliant book from a children's author who comes up with the most amazing ways of encouraging children to feel good about themselves, and tolerant of others too.

"We Are Together" by Britta Teckentrup is a fabulous celebration of diversity.

On our own we're special,
And we can chase our dream.
But when we join up, hand in hand,
Together we're a team.

Celebrate the power of love and friendship in this beautiful book with vibrant artwork and peek-through pages, this is a picture book to treasure.

Utterly stunning, "We Are Together" by Britta Teckentrup is out now, published by Little Tiger.
